portland part one. we stayed in a hotel downtown our first couple of nights and tried to take it easy and recuperate a little from montana. we walked around the nearby pearl district to do a little shopping and stopped in the adorable frances may. we also explored chinatown and went to the chinese gardens. it was such a peaceful place and we had the most amazing tea and snack at the tea house.
