Notes to self...
Find and WEAR a bold lip color that goes good with red hair, any ideas?
Experiment with long skirts and get over my fear of wearing high heels. I always think I look a little awkward wearing them, but I love how casual and chic they always look on Rhiannon. I think a clog heel like this might be the place to start.
Find pretty scarfs at the thrift store and learn to tie them like this.

1. I really think that you could pull of some hardcore Catherine Zeta Jones bright red lipstick. Especially with your red hair!
ReplyDelete2. Everytime I clean I tie my hair up in a scarf just like in those pictures! It makes it more fun.
3. I'm almost done gathering enough lady clothes for a kitchen photoshoot if you're up for it in the next week or so!
Have you tried a nice bold pink? I think it would look fabulous on you!
ReplyDeleteOh, and I've been on a clog hunt ever since that post of Rhiannon's! So cute!

ReplyDeleteoh i think you could do a bright bright red lipstick, it would look beautiful with your hair! and yes i have been getting into high heels and turbans lately too! if you go to the american apparel website under ways to wear it they have a tutorial on how to tie one of their scarves like that and i bet you could just look at that and figure it out for any scarf.

ReplyDeleteI'm jealous of your red-headedness and completely encourage you to rock the red lips, just make sure that you get a red with warmer tones which should work well with your complexion!
i love all of these images so much, and i would love to know how to tie a scarf like that!
ReplyDeleteMaybe a rose lipstick shade? And the heels will feel/look less awkward with time! :)
ReplyDeleteIf you want a bold lipstick Lady Danger by MAC is basically the bee's knees, it's bright and shocking but still really, really wearable, and I think it'd look swell with your lovely hair.
ReplyDeleteHeels that are kind of cone shaped and stacked are really easy to walk in...Blowfish has a pair of criss-cross mary janes that I bought in black and brown, they're so comfortable. I love the scarf idea too. I have so many, but am not really sure to tie them like that. Let us know if you find out:)
