Sundays our my favorite...we slept in, made Spanish tortilla de patatas, went for a long walk in the sun and are now making Thai curry for dinner.

    lara, my host mom taught me how to make tortilla when I lived in spain, but I did a little google search and found this recipe that is pretty close (just add garlic): http://spanishfood.about.com/od/tapas/ss/tortilla.htm
