an unexpected hail storm yesterday. the weather has been all over the place lately.

    did mancha freak? the kids were loving it! it looked like corn popping on our lawn. Elijah ran outside to see what it felt like to be pelted in the head with it!

    It really is! Here in California we have super hot days and then all of a sudden rain again! The hail does make for lovely photographs though!

    ouch, I can't imagine getting hailed on! but having said that, I've never seen hail before so it does look kinda cool in your hands.

    Wow - insane looking!

    My dog used to run around snapping at the air whenever it snowed (which is very, very rare in Dublin). But he also used to chase sand on the strand, so I think he just liked acting like a nutter!

    i was caught in a hail storm when i was in DC last weekend too! little mancha looks bewildered, he is pretty much the cutest dog ever.

    oh my god that looks crazy and reminds me so much to the time I was in Perth last year when I was suddenly hailing and I was in a car driving..and couldn't believe the golfball big hail balls coming down...
